Light housekeeping, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen plus watering plants, washing floors, cleaning stoves and refrigerators are also a part of the responsibilities if required.

Helping with the laundry, ironing and mending and complete bed changes can be an added function at the client's request.

Shopping for client for groceries, personal or household items can be done either personally by the homemaker or accompanied by the client.

Spending quality time with client like reading, writing letters, playing cards or offering there company while client listening to music or the TV.

Preparation for added responsibilities as required by the client varies from on-the-job training to community college courses or programs they have obtained.

This homemaking service is also available for the working person who might need some assistance with housework chores.
